A new graduate veterinarian will have the chance to work with our Medical Director and craft a mentorship plan, which can be as formal or informal as you like, to help ensure your on-going growth and development.

Time off: PTO starts accruing at 6 months after hire, starting at 1 hour of PTO per 25 hours worked, which works out to 10 days per year.
